Noa
When I teach Qualia, I embody different qualities of myself that I don't get to express in other areas of my life. I am Noa the dancer, Noa the artist, Noa the leader, Noa the feminist and queer woman, Noa the child, Noa the strong and assertive woman, Noa the weak woman, Noa the powerful and empowering woman. In this practice, I connect with different parts of myself with great intensity of emotion and passion.

When I teach Qualia, I open the door to a deep connection with the body during the practice. I repeatedly bring awareness to the sensations, vitality, and aliveness that are already present, and that only need our attention to awaken and lead us to a powerful somatic experience.

When I teach Qualia, I create a space for people to discover their strengths and enjoy them, to explore freedom and curiosity, and to rearrange their internal dialogue towards themselves through movement that encounters challenges. I do this in a very honest way, without clichés, but in the form of a conversation with the mind, asking questions and exposing thought patterns.

What is Qualia?

Qualia is a method for physical training, conducted in a group class. The movements are simple, spanning various levels of difficulty, and are integrated from the worlds of yoga, cardio, and Pilates. We will perform repetitive movements that follow the rhythm of the music, accompanied by meditative guidance. The training is intended for all genders.

How does the subscription work?

The subscription is monthly and renews every month by direct debit. There is no commitment, you can cancel at any time, as long as it is before the billing cycle. Once a charge has been made, it will not be refunded.

How many participants are in the workout?

Up to 15 participants.

How long is the workout?

55 minutes.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course, each of you will need to register, the number of places is limited in each workout.

Do I need to bring a mat?

No need to bring a mat, there are mats in the studio.

Do you have other types of workouts besides Qualia?

Yes, there is yoga and stretch & sculpt, which is also a movement experience with sound and mindfulness, but it is more relaxed, without cardio, for days when we need something more calming.

How long before the workout should I arrive?

At least 10 minutes before. The door locks one minute after the start of the workout and late entry will not be allowed.

What should I wear and what equipment should I bring?

The workout is barefoot, you can bring a towel and a bottle of water, and you will not be allowed to enter the workout area with phones. There are lockers to leave personal belongings.

I'm not fit, will it suit me?

You don't need to be fit to participate, the exercises are offered in a variety of variations and instructions are given to take the exercises at your own pace.

Is it suitable for pregnancy?

If you have a doctor's approval to exercise, and you are past the first trimester, and you exercised before the pregnancy, you will be able to participate.
