We, Qualia - Coral P. Body and Mind Training Ltd., operating Qualia (hereinafter: "the Studio"), respect our customers' privacy and see great value and aim in protecting their information and privacy.

We commit to you to uphold the detailed policy below (hereinafter: "Privacy Policy"). The purpose of this policy is to explain how we handle your privacy and how we use the personal information (as defined by law, hereinafter: "Personal Information") provided to us by you or collected by us during your interactions with us and your stay at the studio.

The Privacy Policy is in addition to other terms you agree to when providing details or during your stay/membership in the studio, intended to complement them without detracting, and is an integral part of them.

"you" or "your" in this Privacy Policy refers to all users of the studio's services, personal information, and other information relating to these users.

The information we collect and keep about you

We collect and keep information about you when we provide you with various services at your request, during the normal course of studio management. Among other things, we collect and keep the information provided by you during website browsing, in the process of leaving details, during studio check-in, during your stay at the studio. Also, information may be collected during a call to our phone center, making a purchase or order on our website, visiting the studio either as a guest or as a visitor, from consumer clubs, survey companies, and various service providers we work with. This happens whether directly and/or indirectly through third-party systems and/or business partners and/or third parties related to the studio.

You are not obliged to provide us with this information, but unfortunately, in certain cases, if you do not provide us with this information, we will not be able to offer you the requested services. For example, you will not be able to register as a member of the studio without providing personal details as required in the order process.

In this context, we may collect the following information about you:

Your full name, address, email address, phone number and other contact details, details about your ID/passport, credit card details financial information about you and your purchases at the studio, history of orders and stays at the studio, details about your family members, including your children, details about people who stayed with you at the studio, special requests and demands that accompanied your service, activities and/or treatments purchased by you during the membership, medical information you chose to share with us as part of your membership, and any other detail you shared with us during your membership, whether directly or indirectly.

Also, the public areas of the studio and its facilities are recorded by us with a CCTV system, to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees and studio team. The recordings are kept by us for a period of no more than 30 days in accordance with relevant legal provisions.

Moreover, when you connect to the internet in the studio and/or on our website, information about your connection details, the device you used to connect, your IP address, etc., may be collected. This information will be used by us, among other things, to improve our service and website.

Use of Cookies

Our websites use "cookies" and other similar and related technologies (Cookies) for its ongoing and proper management and to improve the services provided through it. We may use your personal information to contact you for service provision, coordination of a visit to the studio and/or changes or updates related to the subscription, updates regarding your personal information stored in our systems and/or changes in our privacy policy, better service provision to you and your family members during the membership and any future interaction, response to your inquiries and/or inquiries related to your information, maintaining your safety and the safety of other members and the studio team, compliance with legal obligations according to the law and transferring information to authorities in accordance with legal provisions, and any other use whose purpose is to allow you to enjoy the studio services in an orderly and safe manner.

Additionally, we use your information for statistical and aggregate purposes, together with information of other customers, to improve our service and optimize our operations in the studio, while maintaining your privacy and minimizing the use of your personal information wherever possible.

Finally, we may use the contact details you provide us to send you various marketing and commercial offers, messages about special deals and events, sending newsletters, periodic updates, and customizing these offers to your needs. It is important to emphasize, subject to legal provisions, and obtaining your consent in cases that require it. In any case where you are not interested in continuing to enjoy these marketing offers and deals, you can of course contact us and request that we remove you from our distribution lists.

The legal basis for collecting and processing your information by us can be one or several of the legal bases recognized by law, including the existence of a contract between us and providing services at your request, protecting our legitimate business interests, fulfilling a legal obligation, or obtaining your consent.

The information you provide us will be stored in our systems and our databases for a variable period, according to our business interests and legal provisions. This period will be determined, among other things, according to our need to provide you with better service in the future and existing or future membership in the studio, to offer you commercial and marketing offers as mentioned, and to fulfill our legal obligations as well as to ensure our legal interests in any case of future claim and/or dispute, as may be.

Securing and protecting your information

We are committed to securing and protecting your information, and use accepted and appropriate security measures to protect and safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of the information stored in our systems. However, like any other system, we cannot fully and absolutely guarantee the security of our systems, and therefore we do not commit that our databases will be absolutely immune to any breach and/or unauthorized access.

We ensure that any transfer of information to a third party as part of and for our business activity will be done subject to processes and procedures that ensure that those third parties implement and adopt adequate security measures and provisions.

Transfer of information to a third party

We may transfer the personal information you provide us to third parties in order to provide you with services, for example for registration in the studio. Additionally, we may transfer your personal information to third parties in other contexts, for example when we have a legal obligation to do so or when it is allowed by law and our commercial interests.

Additionally, as part of our ongoing activity, we may use and/or rely on external systems and providers that provide us with various services.

In any such case, we insist on using providers and systems with a high level of security and privacy protection, and also ensure that only the necessary information will be transferred to that external provider for the purpose of performing the requested actions, subject to their commitment to maintain the confidentiality of the information as required, and subject to obtaining guarantees and commitments as our obligations by law.

Reviewing, correcting, and deleting information

According to the Privacy Protection Law, 5741 – 1981, every person is entitled to review the information stored in a database and referring to them. This right, of course, stands for you as well. If you review the information stored with us about you and find that it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not updated, you are entitled to contact us with a request to correct the information or delete it. Additionally, and as far as the information refers only to direct mailing services to you (as defined by law), you are entitled to demand that we delete your contact details from our database. In such a case, we will delete the information details used for sending commercial offers to you, however, other information details about you may continue to be stored in our systems and databases according to legal provisions. Such inquiries can be directed to us via the email address detailed at the beginning of this policy.

We will respond and reply to your inquiry promptly. In case we refuse your request, you are of course entitled to appeal to the Magistrate's Court in accordance with the provisions of the law and request that we act according to your request.

It should be noted that for residents of the European Union, additional rights may apply according to the European regulation provisions, and if relevant for you, you are welcome to contact us with any such request as mentioned.

Updating and changing the Privacy Policy

We are entitled to change and update the Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made in the terms of the Privacy Policy referring to the personal information stored about you with us, a notice about this will be published on our site. By using and continuing to use our site, the studio membership, and purchasing our service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the changes that will be made in it from time to time.
